JMS AG announces an agreement with GA Telesis, LLC of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, awarding the US firm with a distributorship of the extensive Ground Support Equipment (GSE) product line of JMS AG. This partnership builds on the continued expansion of offerings of GA Telesis’ Tarmac Solutions Group to supply GSE and specialized tooling to airlines, MROs and airports around the world. The three-year agreement with JMS provides GA Telesis access to critical GSE, including towbars, tripod jacks, axle jacks and unique aircraft/engine handling and servicing equipment and in return provides JMS AG with the possibility to benefit from GA Telesis’ in-depth knowledge of the global aviation market along with the strong and strictly customer-centric sales force of the new distribution partner.

17 January 2013, Lahr/Germany - JMS AG and SCHUNK Lasertechnik GmbH, manufacturer of world-class laser welding equipment for industrial and aerospace applications, have entered into a joint sales agreement. The Lauffen/Germany based company – part of the family-owned SCHUNK company – has partnered with JMS AG in order to distribute multi-functional laser-welding machines based on wire technology within the aircraft and aero-engine maintenance industry. 25 July 2011, Lahr/Germany, JMS AG has launched a new multi-functional aircraft tow bar to cover the most common single-aisle aircraft with one tow bar model - allowing to handle both, the A320-family as well as the complete Boeing 737-series with one GSE unit! With this tow bar, customers can replace their individual tow bars for A320 and B737 in order to reduce equipment or eliminate the need to buy two units. Configuration from A320-family to B737-series (and vice versa) can be changed easy and safe within seconds by the operator - including the relevant shear-pin set-up - and without the need to use any tool!

30 April 2011, Lahr/Germany, In a roll-out ceremony held on 30th of April, the Super Constellation Flyers Association unveiled the club’s revamped and newly painted Lockheed L-1049. Over a period of 18 months, major overhaul work was accomplished at a hangar on LHA airport in order to bring the old lady of the skies back to where she belongs. JMS AG of Lahr proudly supported the project by sponsoring the design and manufacture of a fly-away tow bar for ground handling of this magnificent aircraft. The lightweight tow bar was engineered by JMS AG’s GSE specialists and will fly onboard the L-1049 with registration “HB-RSC”, enabling the club to independently allow towing and push/back operations of the “Star of Switzerland” during flight events all over Europe. 17 December 2010, Lahr/Germany, JMS AG launches its all new family of ergonomic aircraft axle jacks, the J-AXLE A-series. Available in lifting categories ranging from 12.5 to 90 metric tons (13.8 to 99.2 US Short Tons), these jacks are covering the lifting task on the aircraft maintenance application profile "wheel & brake change" for almost any common wide-body, single aisle and regional aircraft currently in service. With lifting speed optimized, a reduced component weight and many more unique design features, these jacks are lightweight, more flexible, more agile, faster, safer and hence provide increased overall efficiency for the owner/operator.

27 October 2010, Moscow/Russia, JMS AG of Lahr/Germany, manufacturer of aircraft ground support equipment and maintenance tooling has further extended its business relations into the CIS and Baltic States by becoming a member of the renowned ‘Airport Association’. 15 April 2010, Lahr/Germany & Edgewood/WA, USA, FA RWEST Aircraft Inc. and JMS AG entered into an agreement with the general approach that both parties sell the products of the other party to various airlines and maintenance facilities around the world.

FARWEST develops, manufactures and sells Maintenance Tools for Commercial Aircraft. FARWEST is well known in the market and a worldwide leader in BOEING licensed aircraft maintenance tooling. FARWEST markets their products with a very effective sales team.

JMS AG develops, manufactures and globally markets equipment and tools, used for aviation service and manufacturing. JMS AG owns designs for GSE Products, has design capacity and experience in house available and has good sale relationships to several customers in different regions worldwide.

06 April 2010, Apeldoorn/NL, HYCOM BV of Apeldoorn/The Netherlands and JMS AG of Lahr/Germany agree on sales cooperation.

HYCOM BV and JMS AG have entered into a sales cooperation which will allow JMS AG to market hydraulic aircraft testing equipment as engineered and manufactured by HYCOM BV into certain countries. In addition, JMS AG has purchased the assets of the “HYCOM aircraft support” label for aircraft maintenance and ground-handling products, formerly engineered and manufactured by HYCOM’s subsidiary HYCOM Germany GmbH of Offenburg/Germany. The engineering, manufacturing and distribution of world-class GSE products such as tow bars, tripod and axle jacks as well as other related GSE products will now be continued by JMS AG.
