| Mr. Matthias Korward, COO Chief Operating Officer started his career as a design engineer, later continued into technical support. He served as a Sales Manager, Sales Director and Business Development Manager in the GSE & tooling industry for more than 12 years. Matthias Korward graduated in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Marketing from the Graduate School of FU Berlin, Germany. | Mr. Florian Spieker, Director Sales & Marketing graduated as an Industrial Engineer at the FH Karlsruhe, Germany, and developed his career as a worldwide Sales Manager with over 20 years of successful experience in B2B sales and product management, 7 years thereof within the aviation support industry. Florian Spieker lived in Latin America for a total of 13 years, building up business, networks and strategies. At JMS AG, Mr. Spieker takes responsibility for Sales & Marketing. | Mr. Rudolf Schilberg, General Director CIS & Baltic States started his career in civil engineering before moving into the transportation sector where he served as Sales Manager for special transport solutions on timber trucks, heavy-duty low loaders and airport equipment (catering trucks) for more than 10 years. He further developed his career at a global player within the aviation support industry where he served as Key Account/Sales Manager for aviation GSE & maintenance tooling, specializing in the CIS/Baltic States market where he enjoys a long-term relation and reputation with key people at all major airlines, MROs and OEMs. At JMS AG, Mr. Schilberg takes responsibility for the Commonwealth of Independent States and Baltic States.
